Encore is looking for someone to join our field team

If you are a Class 1 Driver, Apprentice Boom Truck Operator or a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator interested in an Apprenticeship program - look no further
Encore has a rich combination of mentorship and experience to learn from for:

Heavy haul
Various models of trucks
Crane and rigging
Various pieces of equipment> cranes, mini cranes, forklifts, specialty trailers etc.
Jack and slide
Mini Crane
Boom Truck Operation
Mobile Crane Operation

This role includes a lot of variety in your job and has an excellent team atmosphere

Job Requirements:

Experienced Class 1 (+ air brake endorsement) license with a clean 5 year driving abstract
Knuckle boom experience is an asset
Winch truck experience is an asset

Personal Characteristics:

Able to repeatedly lift 50lbs
Good coordination and manual dexterity
The ability to work at heights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines with high performance
They should enjoy working independently when necessary, being part of a team and having variety in their work.
Self starter and reliable
Ability to pass an alcohol and drug test (customer and company policy)
