Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage customer-initiated calls seeking company-supplied Agricultural Products.

You will source inventory to create sales as well as outsource products from vendors for non-stocked items requested to meet customer needs, eventually leading to closing sales and meeting monthly targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handles inbound customer requests for pricing and availability; manage quotes from inception to end; ensure all customer needs are identified and addressed and timely followup
Provide high level customer service, develop, build, and maintain positive relationships and trust through open and interactive communication resulting in repeat client base
Log all customer interactions; follow up and take ownership of issues that arise and advise customers of resolutions
Enter quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system; provide freight quotes and invoices
Locate alternative products that are not in stock from approved vendors
Review, monitor, and follow up with inactive customers; make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads
Provides input to assist in keeping price lists and catalogs updated.
Complies with the requirements of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required).

Key Education/Experience/Skills

2 years' sales experience ideally within the agriculture and construction parts sectors
Strong written, verbal communication skills, effective time management and organization
Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and locals
High School graduate, or equivalent work experience
Intermediate/Advanced computer knowledge/skills (MS Office, ERP Systems)
Ability to contribute to the company's operation and principles through ethical practices
