Description

TIME Limited is a manufacturer, custom fabricator & distributor who has experienced exponential growth over the past decade. TIME has been serving the mining, forestry and exploration industries for the past 50 years.

Duties and responsibilities

Safe set up and operation of the CNC plasma table
Ensure proper material type and thickness is used
Ensure all guards and safety devices are in place and function properly
Maintain a clean and environmentally safe workshop
Monitor machine to ensure accurate output of parts that meet or exceed quality standards
Read and follow fabrication drawings

Job requirements

Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
Experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset
Experience with overhead cranes;
Able to work independently without supervision
Able to lift up products that weigh up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Intermediate computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft office and nesting software is an asset.
Brake press, metal forming experience is an asset
