Who we're looking for
A passionate, friendly and driven Assistant General Manager to lead our established TeeM. Someone looking to be part of a true family environment where personal and professional growth are strongly encouraged


Job Specs

  • Provide leadership, guidance, training; act as a mentor to leads and front line staff
  • Work with the GM to drive restaurant success through guest and employee happiness
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to provide an amazing guest experience to all who visit the restaurant
  • Collaborate with our passionate Ownership, In-House and Operations TeeMs to ensure staff and guests have a great time while eating delicious food

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Previous management experience leading a medium to large fullservice room in a fastpaced and busy environment
  • Experience with scheduling, hiring, training, reporting
  • Strong knowledge of product, guest service, and quality standards
  • Exceptional TeeM management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills and the ability to motivate and mentor others, as well as act as a change agent
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Understanding of plant based food lifestyle an asset
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions in English, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to think independently while working with the direction provided by the Operations TeeM and the Ownership group

Perks & Benefits of working at MeeT

  • Base salary is $50,000 $60,000 depending on experience and performance.
  • Bonus program amounts to up to $12,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
- $8000-$10,000 per year in tips, paid out biweekly.

  • Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary, with the maximum including full salary potential, tips + bonus.
