Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with inquiries, interpreting, and explaining information
- Perform data entry tasks, Cash Application in accounting system with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Mailing and other administrative duties in the Accounts Receivable department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous Customer Service experience with the ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative/clerical experience including data entry skills; and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for listening.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Pharmacy or healthcare knowledge and/or experience is a strong an asset.
- Bilingual (English & French) is a
preferred asset.
