Shift:
**1. Fri-4pm to 12am, Sat and Sun 12pm to 12am and Mon
- 4pm to 12am.**
2. Tuesday to Friday from 12am to 8am and Saturday 12am to 12pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquires
- Visit sites to coach, train and evaluate employees according to company standards
- Respond to major incidents and aid security staff with managing the situation
- Enforce property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Issue parking violations
- Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work Night shifts and Weekends
- Excellent Communication Skills
- English
- Written & Verbal
- Excellent Deportment
- Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Condominium
- Team player positive, honest and motivated
- Basic Computer skills
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Clean Driving Abstract
- G Drivers License
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
