Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure efficient operations
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
  • Respond to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement costsaving initiatives

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay:
$23.50-$25.00 per hour
