Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Respond to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement costsaving initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay:
$23.50-$25.00 per hour
