Job Description:


Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Network development
  • Build and execute a market strategy consisting of both Associate "Traction" stores and TruckPros to maximize our presence and market share potential
  • Implement both the existing Associate and TruckPro network with sales programs, promotions and customer events
  • Quarterly Business Reviews and Diamond Level assessments to support great partnerships, profitable growth, best practice sharing and implementing our valueadded programs


  • Special Events Support

  • Grande Opening, customer appreciation, training
  • Ensure appropriate branding and merchandising is in place to maximize our brand image
  • Profitable market share growth through prospecting and organic growth
  • Internal Partnerships with the operations team to ensure we are delivering a great customer experience for our customers and network partners
  • Build and maintain technical proficiencies in sales and product knowledge

Qualifications:


To join our team, you need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience or 7 to 10 years relevant experience in the Heavy Vehicle parts industry
  • Sound knowledge of the market, the competition and industry environment
  • Technical Knowledge and Professional sales and consultative skill
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • 3050% overnight travel
