Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the store manager to manage profit and loss statements, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and inclusive.
  • Leverage your proven sales abilities, ideally from a counter sales background, to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize your understanding of budget and inventory management to make informed decisions.
  • Foster a culture of learning by training and developing team members to excel in customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Demonstrate confidence, sound judgment, and effective delegation, even in highpressure situations.
  • Champion safety protocols, promoting a workspace that's safe and welcoming for all.

Job Requirements

  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles (preferred).
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with relevant management training (preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Embrace an active role, including lifting tires weighing 3050 lbs as needed.
