CAN-AK Industrial Services Inc.

is a well-established, fast-growing company that specializes in high-velocity oil flushes, chemical cleaning, fluid purification, and industrial foam cleaning for client facilities & equipment throughout North America.


We are looking for hardworking, ambitious self-starters to assist in the successful and timely setup, execution, and final handover of projects for various clients.


Responsibilities:

- represent and support CAN-AK in the field & shop, through setting up, execution & final handover of services according to CAN-AK schedules, procedures, and standards.
- support the preparation of bills of material, equipment, and associated supplies.
- participate in the placement & installation of all equipment.
- assist in layout & installation of hoses & fittings from equipment to client assets.
- assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- be continuously monitoring and documenting key parameters of the service being performed.
- be a key contributor to the successful completion of the project by working as a team & providing quality service.
- ensure that all Health & Safety policies and practices are adhered to.

This job will require on site work at our Fort Saskatchewan shop, as well as field work across Canada.


Qualifications:

- mechanically inclined, hardworking & dedicated
- have previous experience working with mechanical equipment and/or piping
- have a solution-orientated mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- have a strong desire to learn
- have a valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driver's abstract
- can pass a 7 Panel Pre-Employment Alcohol & Drug screening
- are a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada


What you can expect:

2-3 weeks of paid hands-on training in our shop learning our processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

You will be trained on our equipment and learn from seasoned professionals eager to teach you the skills required to be a successful CAN-AK field technician.

$22.50-$27.85 per hour
