Position Overview


Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, the Sales Development Representative will create the first link with our potential clients to introduce them to our mission, services, and products.

You would be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Alvéole's Account Executive team.

Above all, you have the opportunity to share your passion and interest as many prospects as possible in Alvéole's purpose:
connecting people to nature, through exceptional nature-based experiences.


Competencies we are looking for:


  • Strong ability to represent the Alvéole brand, its service offering, its messages, and its desire to help customers create maximum impact, reach their ESG goals, and obtain the desired green certifications.
  • Quickly learns and masters the necessary work tools: CRM (Hubspot), Sales Playbook, Zoom Info, etc.
  • Consistently and reliably seeks out and generates qualified prospects.
  • Knows how to communicate, convince, influence, and maintain relationships, adapting to prospects' needs to ensure the highest success and conversion rate.
  • Welcomes every training and coaching opportunity with enthusiasm, and systematically puts what is learned into practice.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with teammates and manager to identify the best strategies and ensure team objectives are met.
  • Always wants to know more, and seizes every opportunity to learn more about the market and the industry.
  • Not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and likes to test different strategies and tactics to find the best approach and achieve the desired results.
  • Undaunted, takes on challenges and redoubles their efforts in the face of rejection

Experience we are looking for:


  • At least one year of experience in a B2B Sales role
  • Experience with sales tools and processes (Hubspot) an asset

Languages

  • If in Québec, français écrit et parlé
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Assets: Dutch/German written and spoken for our European markets
