Term Floating Spare Janitor (Annapolis Area):
Term Floating Spare Janitor

Term position (8 hours per day)

Effective immediately until July 5, 2024

Flexible work schedule

Multiple worksites

Annapolis Area

Rate of Pay:
As per CUPE Collective Agreement ($20.30 per hour)

Closing Date for Applications:

Terms and conditions of employment, including wages, are in accordance with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Collective Agreement Local 3876.


Qualifications and Abilities:

Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education strives to provide a thorough hands-on training program.


Responsibilities

  • Clean all assigned areas of the school in accordance with established practices and standards.
  • Sweeping, mopping, shoveling, garbage pickup, and general cleaning
  • Other related duties as assigned.


The successful applicant will be required to have a valid drivers licence and provide a Criminal Record Check and a completed Child Abuse Registry.
