We provide a diverse selection of recreational and cultural programs and services catering to individuals of all ages and abilities. We are in search of an individual who embodies positivity, enthusiasm, and friendliness to deliver unforgettable experiences to our clientele.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:

Prepare and execute lesson plans for teaching skating to children and adults.
Demonstrate skating techniques to individuals and groups of various skill levels.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues to supervisors.

About You:

A passion for skating and helping others improve their skills.
Collaborative team player dedicated to community impact.
Solid ice skating skills and a keen interest in teaching.
Strong communication skills with a positive and energetic demeanor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Standard First Aid certification.
High Five Certification or obtainable within 3 months of hiring.
Experience in teaching or instructing, NCCP certification, or similar skate instructing courses are advantageous.
Must undergo a Police Information Check.
Hourly rate: $18-$25. Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends at various North Vancouver Recreation & Culture locations.
