_ Position Summary:

_

The Change Management Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change management activities. The role works closely with multiple departments throughout the organization to prioritize people, processes, and technology changes. Change Management best practices are applied, and communication guidelines are followed to ensure the adoption of new working methods.


_ Responsibilities:

_


  • Safety & Compliance Programs
  • Zeroharm work environment, ensuring all HSE policies and procedures are within compliance, including legislative regulations, customer requirements, and internal requirements.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures QHSE records comply with applicable legislative regulations and standards. Provide monthly report (HSE Dashboard).
  • Manage HSE System (Workhub) administrative maintenance.
  • Manage customer compliance systems via a thirdparty vendor, including ISN, Veriforce, etc.
  • Provide training documentation to thirdparty vendors to fulfill compliance system requirements.
  • Provide monthly hours worked, number of employees on location, and injuries report for the US and Canada to thirdparty compliance vendors.
  • Track, populate, and post Annual OSHA log and Canada statistics.
  • Schedule and coordinate Customer Compliance training and orientation requests.

  • Experience with and understanding of Human and Organization Performance.
  • Document Control
  • Manage documentation throughout the organization in a standard format, controlling revisions, accessibility, and implementation.
  • Track document names, numbers, revisions, and status. Ensure documents are reviewed, updated, renewed, or obsoleted within the stated retention period.
  • Manage new and revision document requests, approvals, and implementation.
  • Manage the HSE manual in conjunction with thirdparty vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Define change requirements throughout the organization based on impact.
  • Implement and drive change processes throughout the organization through notifications, bulletins, training, and tracking to completion.
  • Implement corrective & preventative action items as a result of Post Action Reports (PAR) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of change.
  • When change does not meet the expected results, issue PAR to determine corrective action.
  • Operational Excellence

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex change management activities
  • Experience building, leading, and facilitating the execution of change management plans to support growth and changes towards continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing people, processes, and technology changes across the organization, working in partnership with business functions and leadership.
  • Understanding of Inline Inspection (ILI) industry
  • Understanding of safety and quality programs
  • Experience in document or records management

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Education/Certification/Designation
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational Behavior, Management, Human Resources, or a similar field
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
