Please Note:
This is a temporary position ending on or before October 14, 2024.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Performing technoeconomic modelling related to battery performance and economic feasibility of scaledup designs.
  • Assisting with the delivery and execution of projectrelated tasks.
  • Conducting measurements and experiments following guidance and procedures and documenting the test results.
  • Assist with thorough and methodical data collection and technical reporting.
  • Assist with technical drawings, SOPs, and hazard assessments.

Skills & Abilities:


  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, independent, organized, adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Willingness to take on varied tasks.
  • Documentation skills
- including reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and diagrams.

  • General knowledge of physics and chemistry.

Qualifications:


  • MSc Mechanical Engineering
  • Technical experience would be an asset.


Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).


Remuneration:
$ $21.69 per hour + 12% in lieu of vacation and stat
