About the job:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate a variety of marketing events and conferences, industry association memberships, sales enablement materials and insights development.
- Work closely with account executives to build and manage accountbased marketing campaigns and initiatives with target account list of major accounts.
- Develop and manage marketing programs and initiatives targeted at chosen market segments to increase market recognition
- Manage external agencies/vendors, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Implement industry marketing strategy and competitive intelligence practices including planning, researching and project management to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage and track marketing budget investment
- Measure the impact of campaigns using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Provide recommendations to company leadership, exhibit selfinitiative, positive team attitude, technical quality and creativity, and ability to successfully juggle multiple deadlinedriven initiatives and other tasks. Showcase flexibility in changing priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent. Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA) a plus.
- 57 years of experience including working and managing agencies, food and light manufacturing experience strongly preferred and must have a passion for the environment and sustainability
- Experience with strategy and tactical execution of virtual and inperson events, campaigns, initiatives, content development
- Digital marketing and copy writing experience an asset
- A selfstarter who can coordinate and manage multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- Have the ability to adjust to change and refocus on priorities based on company direction.
- Have agility in changing priorities; work under quick deadlines and manage challenges and obstacles in a constructive manner.
- Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation)
- Strong project management skills in order to juggle multiple tasks with differing deadlines.
- Elevate challenges issues to management appropriately. Provide insights and input on processes and decisions. Incorporate feedback into future performance and be selfaware of opportunities for growth
- Extensive experience with MS Office
- Experience with graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint
- Meticulous attention to quality and detail.
- Positive, professional and teamoriented attitude.
- Some business travel may be required for onsite conference support
Salary:
$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
