Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintain company database, follow up and ensure all information is up to date
  • Schedule customer inquiries, scheduling appointments for staff
  • Prepare draft contracts and working quotations team
  • Assemble project folders & maintain project databases for tracking
  • Source pricing information from suppliers & subcontractors for quote preparation
  • Maintain filing and storage systems/cataloging via electronic & hardcopy
  • Prepare quarterly inspection reports including quotes for repairs
  • Coordinate job kick offs at the office
  • Contact clients to provide pricing information and coordinate repairs
  • Maintain warehouse and inventory

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
