The Catalog Publishing team is responsible for ensuring lululemon products show up in guest-facing and digital channels quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
This is done through tooling to support complete and accurate product data and information, seamless workflows, and new capabilities to meet the business need.
Digital Catalog is under-going a transformation to be able to scale to the growing needs of the business and comes with the opportunity to make a huge impact on not only the way teams work, but also driving meaningful sales in digital.
a day in the life:
what you'll do
- Ensure stability of product publishing to all global digital channels during peak times
- Enable seamless tools and processes for internal teams to allow for scale
- Drive requirements for enterprise product data quality and governance (working with product development, MP&A, merchant, and technology partners at all levels)
- Build expertise on product data processes and challenges across the enterprise and globally.
- Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather inputs and formulate a 24 month product strategy and roadmap
- Manage a team of 3 Product Managers with a clear vision and defined KPIs and OKRs
- 58 Years of Product Management experience (and/or relevant functional experience)
- Working knowledge of PIM or MDM functionality and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to drive crossfunctional projects and organizational change
- Skilled at communicating complex concepts at all levels of the organization and across business functions
- Experience in Ecommerce Merchandising and/or Product Management
- Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
