Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an experienced
Project Administrator in our Acheson, to support our Field Services Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional management team and within a supportive and collaborative company culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively going through timesheet information and generating daily LEMs for client timeline submittals.
  • Following through with client contacts on daily, weekly and month end LEM signage.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in internal and external meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Mobilization and demobilization of employees to construction sites.
  • Use work force schedules to forecast and book travel and accommodation arrangements for field teams.
  • Assist in coordinating employee and subcontractor activities.
  • Maintaining positive communication with client representatives.
  • Work alongside and regularly communicates with project managers, project supervisors and field teams, helping achieve project success.
  • Assist the PM in safety statistics and field documentation signoffs.
  • Assist the PMs, Equipment Coordinator and field team in scheduling fleet maintenance and equipment calibrations.
  • Assist the Project managers and Field Supervisors with any other general project administrative requirements.

Skills and Experience:


  • 23 years' experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role required.
  • Civil Engineering or Construction background is considered an asset.
  • Civil Engineering or Geomatic Technology diploma is considered an asset.
  • Highly organized.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Surveying and Material Testing experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
