We are currently searching for a
full-time in-office Executive Assistant to join our team at the
Hamilton location.

As a minimum, we require an experienced and personable team player with the following:

  • A positive and professional attitude;
  • Strong detail oriented organizational skills;
  • Advanced digital file management skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Time management skills and multitasking priorities in a supporting role to senior executives;
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping, experience with ABAK time and billing would be considered an asset;
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate complete confidentiality with respect to client projects and company business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Post secondary education (diploma or certificate) preferred;
  • Minimum three years experience in an executive administrative role;
  • Knowledge of land use planning in Ontario would be considered an asset.
Using the skills above you will be involved in a supportive capacity in a wide variety of undertakings including, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, arranging catering for meeting lunches;
  • Managing digital and hard copy project files;
  • Organizing and managing Partner's calendars;
  • Filling in for other administrative staff positions as required due to vacation or other time away.
