About the Role

Detailed responsibilities include:


  • Provide strong stakeholder management. Managing multiple client teams at both a Senior Manager and Director Level
  • Manage the daytoday activities of QA team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects.
  • Develop test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
  • Delivering Technology reporting initiatives, understanding reporting requirements
  • To collaborate with business stakeholders and Line of Business SMEs developing Business Acceptance Scenario and Test cases
  • Interpret the Capital Calculation Requirements and build out Test Scenarios

About you

Education & Experience:


  • Minimum 10 years as a Senior QA Test Lead, Test Manager experience
  • Demonstrate strong skills and experience on multiple program and project implementations.
  • Strong understand on QA/Testing lifecycle
  • Strong communicator, ability mentor junior resources, facilitate between client and internal resources onshore and offshore.
  • Strong stakeholder management able to manage multiple client teams at Senior Manager and Director level.
  • Experience developing test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status, and progress reporting.
  • Manage / facilitate triage calls and issue troubleshooting/resolution.
  • Previous experience in consulting an asset, OR bigtime desire to move into consulting in a new phase in their career
