Duties and Responsibilities:

Company Picnic Program

Prepare tickets and mail promotional materials (posters, brochures)
Prepare suggested itineraries
Liase with corporate clients regarding final details of their events
Assist with gathering final numbers for picnics
Assist with the execution of the corporate picnics, lunch and ensuring other event scheduled activities on the day of the event are carried out effectively and on time

Wake Up The Wild (WUTW)

Assist with booking individuals and/or groups
Adhere to proper tracking methods to ensure tour is not overbooked
Assist with preparing final packages for each tour and surveys after the tour
Provide excellent customer service during rotation to assist with facilitation of visitors during the tour
General reports

On-site PR

Assist PR department when needed in providing guest services, general first aid, ushering shows, completing customer surveys, assisting with lost child procedures, etc.
Customer service assisting visitors with inquires, directions, etc.

Administrative

Assist with answering telephones and taking other group bookings, labeling, filing and/or stuffing envelopes
Adding (from directories) and sourcing information on new companies and imputing them in the databases
Ensure good communication between Coordinator and Assistant
Perform any other duties as assigned by Communications Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience:

Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
Drivers license
First Aid Certificate
Weekends required

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
