Join us and work on one of our largest brands: an advertising platform that allows us to monetize our web traffic and provide tailored advertising and marketing solutions, and an affiliate network dedicated to promoting some of the most popular adult offers.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Moderate usergenerated content in line with the moderation policy on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, customer relations and product development teams to generate engaging social media content
  • Manage production of assets required to deliver on monthly content calendar: work with internal departments to review/approve content as well as copy and creative
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

What you'll need to be successful:


Must haves:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media
  • Strong business and personal social media acumen actively participate on social media, demonstrable knowledge of evolving digital communications landscape
  • Exceptional written, digital communication, and customer service skills in English
  • Resourceful, handson selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, teamoriented style
  • Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, UTM's, etc.)
  • Selfmotived and resultoriented
  • Creative, innovative, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Nice to haves:


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Experience working knowledge of Hootsuite, WordPress, Salesforce, Jira or Pardot an asset
