We are looking for aHuman Resource Generalist to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

How you will contribute:
- Input employee information into HR system, maintain, update and document employment changes, including new hires, salary changes, terminations for monthly payroll runs.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new hire transition
- Employee offboarding
- Administer benefits plan through benefit provider.
- Stay up to date for all HR and company policies, provide coaching or advice to managers and employees to make sure legal compliance on all aspects of HR functions
- Create and maintain HR metrics reporting for senior management for example, Recruitment Report, Compensation Analysis, HR Items Completion Report
- Primary HR resource for management of probation reviews and contract renewals; also involved in managing performance check ins during probation period.
- Maintain employee personnel records through BambooHR and physical files.
- Provide dedicated HR support and employee relations services to employees and managers.
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Arrange for employee performance reviews with manager.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Other administrative duties as required.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 13 years of related HR generalist experience
- Experienced in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee coaching, onboarding and employee engagement, solid growth potential.
- Experienced in dealing with employee group benefits programs.
- Excellent written and verbal negotiation and communication skills.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized
- Proactive and creative problemsolving skills; focus on continuous improvement.
- Quick learner and be able to bear pressure in fast paced working environment.
- A great team player and professionalism

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
