Position Overview:
The E-commerce Specialist (3rd Party Marketplace) will be responsible for managing our 3rd Party Marketplace operations, with a focus on Amazon and Walmart.
They will also be responsible for optimizing our digital assets, conducting pricing strategies, managing inventory, shipping, logistics and building promotions to maximize sales on these platforms.
This is a Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday position where overtime is available if required.Please find the key responsibilities of the E-commerce Specialist (3rd Party Marketplace) as follows:
- Manage Herbaland storefront and optimize digital assets on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
- Conduct pricing strategies to master the Buy Box and build the best FBA performance.
- Fix and appeal Amazon listing and logistics issues.
- Research business opportunities on Amazon for other countries.
- Maintain Walmart marketplace and communications, troubleshoot issues and manage WFS shipping and inventory logistics.
- Help with onboarding new 3rd party marketplaces.
- Create social media content that supports campaigns and promotions on marketplaces.
- Conduct market research on competitors' websites and ecommerce stores.
- Support social media influencer collaborations for 3rd party marketplaces.
- Assist with monthly and yearly ecommerce reporting and provide insights from sales and customer feedback to share with the marketing team.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the ecommerce industry.
- Proficient in the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field from a designated educational institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Shopify platform, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Helium 10, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing marketplaces and effectively implement new strategies to improve sales.
