Al Premium Food Mart is one of the only large-scale supermarkets in Canada that caters to more than one visible minority population.

In addition to the stuff, you would normally find in a grocery store that caters to more mainstream tastes like vegetables, fruits, milk, and Lay's potato chips, Al Premium boasts various other items that cater to the East Asian (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Southeast Asian (e.g. Malaysian, Thai, Filipino) and South Asian (e.g. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) diaspora. With our rapid expansion in Canada. We operate 3 grand stores in Toronto.

We teamed up with Walmart in 2016 and have 5 in-stores in Walmart now (4 in GTA and 1 in Richmond BC).


We are currently hiring Front Desk Receptionist for the following location:

Al Premium Food Mart Headquarters (135 Capital Court, Mississauga)

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests, offer friendly service
  • Answer phone calls
  • Accept deliveries and mail
  • Assist with some bookkeeping duties

Requirements:


  • Strong verbal communication skills,
  • Chinese an asset
  • Friendly attitude
  • Bookkeeping experiences an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
