This role will encompass the Peterborough to Picton area.

As a Leadhand, You Will:

Provide leadership to the crew
Facilitate a safe work culture and be accountable for safety of the team
Ensure company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are being adhered to
Participate in daily work activities of equipment operating and labour duties
Perform administrative duties such as time sheets, inspections, etc.
Conduct 'tail gate' safety talks with staff to review policies and practices when required
Review completed work; ensure appropriate documentation is completed
Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Valid driver's license
Previous experience or knowledge of crushing and screening
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Knowledge of, and adhere to Health and Safety practices and regulations
Basic computer knowledge
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to accurately document daily activities
Willingness to work extended hours, weekend shifts when required
Ability to travel, required
