About the role
Our growing team is looking for a Manager, Security


The Identity Governance & Administration manager is responsible for developing and implementing IGA identity and access management best practices to support the governance of access principles and to ensure high security standards & integrity of the company's information systems/data.


What you'll do here:


  • Manage a team of SMEs spread across several sites.
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members.
  • Lead the team capacity and tasks prioritization for clarity, optimal collaboration, and stress reduction.
  • Develop strong partnership with collaborators inside and outside the company.
  • Implement IGA best practices, aiming at continuously strengthening the company security posture.
  • Develop and communicate roadmaps for your area of accountability.
  • Create a metric model to allow for tracking of delivery execution and ongoing reporting.
  • Support the budget management
  • Be an agent of change by challenging status quo.
  • Contribute to the vendor management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of regulations, audit items, pentest, and vulnerability findings.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related domain or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in information technology.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management position.
  • General Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong planning, organization, and coordination (oral and written) skills.
  • Ability to manage your own and your team's time and priorities.
  • Leadership, team spirit, creativity, rigor.
  • Ability to influence with your expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English; Bilingualism (French / English) _ Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country._
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Customeroriented approach.
  • Quality resultsoriented.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving skills and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude, selfstarter with strong analytical, and interpersonal skills to lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple goals.
  • Highly selfmotivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
  • A recognized certification in information security (an asset).
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Technical knowledge (Good knowledge and understanding of the following areas):

  • Sailpoint IdentityIQ and other IGA related tools.
  • Infrastructure concepts onprem versus cloud.
- « DevOps » and « Agile » principles.

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) general knowledge.
