About the Role:
The Social Media Manager at Snaplii is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand visibility and impact in the North American market.
This role involves a deep understanding of Snaplii's brand, products, and services, utilizing this knowledge to create compelling content for various social media platforms.
What You Will Do:

Brand Penetration: Deeply understand Snaplii's brand, products, and services to create content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.

Content Creation: Craft new media content and produce engaging, innovative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and marketing campaigns.

Influencer Management: Identify, hire, and manage influencers and key opinion leaders to amplify Snaplii's reach and brand message.

Vendor Management: Establish and manage external social media resource teams to support content creation, campaign execution, and community management for the Snaplii brand.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess success and guide future strategies.

Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure Snaplii remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations, growth, and product development departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Crisis Management: Effectively handle social media crises to maintain Snaplii's brand reputation.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of North American social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking ability and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
