Description

Position summary:

Temporary full time position
40 hours per week, from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
4 days per week

Salary: 32,03$ per hour


The incumbent will process all customer requests received by telephone, letter or by a third party, including complaints, service calls, technical information and any other general inquiries related to the business.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma (D.E.S) (
    Mandatory);
  • At least two years of experience in dealing with customers over the telephone in a
    call center (
    Mandatory);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage difficult clients and ease in dealing with the public;
  • Sense of initiative;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Aptitudes in mathematics;
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level) and French, both spoken and written (mandatory).
