Customer Service Representative - Montréal, Canada - Énergir

Position summary:
Temporary full time position
40 hours per week, from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
4 days per week
Salary: 32,03$ per hour
The incumbent will process all customer requests received by telephone, letter or by a third party, including complaints, service calls, technical information and any other general inquiries related to the business.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (D.E.S) (
Mandatory); - At least two years of experience in dealing with customers over the telephone in a
call center (
Mandatory); - Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage difficult clients and ease in dealing with the public;
- Sense of initiative;
- Problem solving skills;
- Aptitudes in mathematics;
- Proficiency in English (advanced level) and French, both spoken and written (mandatory).
