National Bank is carrying out the biggest technology upgrade in its history.

We are reviewing our systems and processes to simplify them and better align them with our clients' needs, in keeping with the organization's cybersecurity orientations.

You will be part of the IT Delivery - Business Digital Banking team that works in collaboration with business lines.

Our team understands the needs of our colleagues and leverages all its expertise to implement innovative, secure, high-quality solutions.

We are not looking for a functional analyst who works alone.

We're looking for a team player, someone who wants to learn and share, someone who loves web and mobile solutions.

  • Are you a functional analyst?
  • Do you want to take on a careerdefining challenge with a solid, nationwide company?
  • Do you want to be involved in implementing a new transactional website and mobile site for National Bank business clients?

Your role:

  • As per the mandate, manage the functional team and dependencies with various matrix resources, including outside service providers as well as domestic and foreign resources
  • Help oversee the team's progress on a daytoday basis in sprints, while supporting the scrum master
  • Establish a performance management culture by optimizing processes and implementing performance indicators
  • Coach team members to optimize their productivity
  • Eliminate obstacles to the team's work
  • Support product owners to determine business needs and help them facilitate workshops and carry out interviews
  • Support identifying, checking and documenting user stories (for operational, functional and technical issues) in order to help develop technology and businessoriented technological solutions.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps and conflicting user stories and work with stakeholders to study these inconsistencies and make a decision to resolve them
  • Work together with Java developers to determine solutions for each user story
  • Facilitate and coordinate conversations with product owners and experts so the chosen solution is suited to operational needs and can be smoothly incorporated into the overall solution
  • Assign user stories to members of the functional team for configuration, management of creating solutions and examining related UAT scripts. Supervise members of the functional team in carrying out these tasks
  • Support the quality assurance team and adoption team by answering questions, reviewing documentation (e.g., test scripts and training materials) and providing the context for decisions related to the design.
  • Identify and discuss risks, problems and constraints faced by teams and make recommendations to resolve them
  • Contribute to planning projects in terms of the capacity of functional resources.

We want to contribute to your quality of life by offering you as much flexibility as possible in your work.

For example, we offer hybrid work (remote and in the office), work schedule arrangements to help you achieve work/life balance and flexible leave that you can take when it's important to you.

Your profile:

Tools and technical skills aside, your soft skills will also add value to the team. We are a team that delivers high-quality solutions that are maintainable, robust and scalable.
