Responsibilities:


  • Build Flow Automation strategies;
  • Build newsletter template designs;
  • Utilize Klaviyo and Mailchimp best practices.
  • Leverage CRM data to support campaign execution;
  • Analyze Performance and Reporting.

Requirement / Skills:


  • 1+ years of experience in an agency setting;
  • Newsletter Copywriting experience;
  • Knowledge in Klaviyo and Mailchimp;
  • Skills in Design and working with design tools like Figma or Canva or Photoshop;
  • Knowledge in SMS Marketing;
  • Reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure KPI's;
  • Team player;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
