General Manager

As an ATS General Manager
you will:

  • Oversee all station operations, including ramp, cabin cleaning services, GSE maintenance, and customer service
  • Be responsible for the station's budgetary and financial responsibilities and ensure accurate billing is submitted in a timely manner
  • Direct managers and support staff and oversee schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all operations
  • Maintain working relationships with customers and provide prompt responses to service requests
  • Assist recruiting team with hiring, and oversee onthejob training and ongoing team member professional development opportunities
  • Observe and enforce all ATS and Airline safety regulations as well as company policies
  • Actively search for future business opportunities

To be an ATS General Manager
you must:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers
  • Possess proficient computer skills
  • Display knowledge of applicable FAA regulations, including standard security program and OSHA regulations, or possess a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Be familiar with GSE maintenance procedures
  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive employment, criminal record and residence background check

As an ATS General Manager
you must be able to:

  • Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) in confined spaces
  • Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
  • Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises.
