General Manager

As an ATS General Manager
you will:

Oversee all station operations, including ramp, cabin cleaning services, GSE maintenance, and customer service
Be responsible for the station's budgetary and financial responsibilities and ensure accurate billing is submitted in a timely manner
Direct managers and support staff and oversee schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all operations
Maintain working relationships with customers and provide prompt responses to service requests
Assist recruiting team with hiring, and oversee onthejob training and ongoing team member professional development opportunities
Observe and enforce all ATS and Airline safety regulations as well as company policies
Actively search for future business opportunities

To be an ATS General Manager
you must:

Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers
Possess proficient computer skills
Display knowledge of applicable FAA regulations, including standard security program and OSHA regulations, or possess a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Be familiar with GSE maintenance procedures
Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive employment, criminal record and residence background check

As an ATS General Manager
you must be able to:

Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) in confined spaces
Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises.
