Responsibilities:
As a member of the Strategic Account Manager's team, the Technical Representative provides expertise in the following challenges**:

Maintain good relationships with clients;
Make regular visits to clients according to a schedule established jointly with the Strategic Account Manager;
Validate the procedures used and develop new ones as needed;
Verify the condition of the cleaning systems and, if necessary, inform the customer and submit a request to the technical services department;
Verify the effectiveness of the dosing systems;
Identify sales opportunities and report to the Strategic Account Manager;
Assist in the resolution of cleaning problems;
Assist in the optimization of operational methods and budgets;
Prepare visit reports and provide to appropriate individuals;
Manage the PecsTM and Pecs PlusTM programs;
Conduct Sani Marc training sessions;
Report to immediate supervisor any strategic information, problems or unusual requests that do not conform to established approval procedures.

Requirements:

To perform you must**:

Have a post secondary education or relevant industry experience;
Have knowledge of dairy industry processes;
Have knowledge of dairy cleaning;
Master the French language, bilingualism (English/French) is an asset;
Be flexible with respect to yourwork schedule;
Possess effective time management and good communication skills.
