Job Specific Experience

:

Supervisor/crew lead experience. Willing to train the right person even if less experience with this.

Truck and trailer experience
Plow truck experience
Use of skidsteer
Willingness to perform manual labour, not just operate equipment
Care deeply about a healthy team environment
Attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship
Overseeing jobs and crew, being the main point of contact for staff and clients on site
Having a great attitude towards others and about yourself
Be willing to help with whatever tasks are necessary to complete a project.
Enjoy a broad work load not just a singular task

Be physically fit, physically demanding position
