Project Manager, you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects are properly completed.

The position of the Project Manager comes with a

centralized Estimating Team to prepare your estimates using your scoping package from the field. High volume/sales teams include
shared Construction Managers to assist in delivering best in-class service to our rebuild clients.

The Project Manager responds rapidly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across the west GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Halton/Hamilton).
This position is a leader within the organization and is accountable for the achievement of sales, performance and customer experience goals.
This Position is Responsible For:
- Sales and performance goals
- Complete and accurate sketch and scope packages
- Equipping and effectively utilizing Project Coordinators and Construction Managers
- Generating project budgets and ensuring sufficient margin
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners
- Understanding all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance
- Effectively communicating with homeowners and adjusters
- Delivering a high standard of customer experience through quality work and high Net Promoter Scores (NS)
What you bring:
- 3 years of experience in Project Management within the property damage restoration industry
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer focus
- Drive to achieve to goals
- Valid Ontario driver's license and clear criminal background check required
- Experience managing large loss restoration jobs is an asset

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- project management: 2 years (preferred)
- property damage restoration: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (preferred)
