Domus Building Cleaning Ltd. is looking for a qualified
Supervisor for an immediate need at a location within
Ottawa Centre that requires government clearance.


Domus has been in operation for over 40 years with more than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has relationships with some of the largest real estate and government clients in the country.


Competitive Wage Rate of:
$17.50 per Hour




MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
MUST HAVE GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE OF
'RELIABLE', OR ABLE TO OBTAIN THE SECURITY CLEARANCE.

The position requires the following skillsets / attributes:

  • Be responsible
  • Capable of supervising and managing 5 employees
  • Follow schedules and ensure the staff follow their schedules
  • Sweeping and mopping of all hard floor surfaces
  • Vacuuming all common areas
  • Replacing burnt out lights
  • Experience on cleaning equipment (buffer and extractor) cleaning carpet, stripping and waxing hard floor surfaces
  • Removal of garbage bags over 50 lbs
  • Attention to detail and customer service
  • Work with the building operator,

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to $17.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • OTTAWA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
