In addition to offering confidential advocacy, support, and referral assistance for physicians and trainees, The Physician Health Program of BC (PHP) also participates in wellness initiatives to promote the ongoing health of our professional community.

The Physician Health Program (PHP) of British Columbia provides a confidential support and advocacy service for BC physicians, residents, medical students, and their immediate families dealing with personal and/or professional problems.

This program supports helping Doctors of BC achieve its purpose:
making a difference so doctors across the province can make theirs.





THE JOB:

Project Coordinator, Physician Health Program**Reporting to the Manager of Administrative Support Service, PHP, the Project Coordinator support the workplan and strategic plan of the PHP Team by supporting the development and implementation of assigned initiatives and projects identified by the Manager of Administrative Support Service and the larger leadership team of the department.


The Project Coordinator will support the steering of short term and long term operational improvement initiatives, technical changeover and implementation projects as well as projects which support our clinical service offering.


Using effective communication, high attention to detail, and strong time management skills, the Project Coordinator is also responsible for taking a proactive approach to ensuring progress occurs across the various ongoing projects and that milestones are met and effectively communicated across the team, department, and with internal and external stakeholders with which they will maintain strong relationships.
