Description

As an Analyst within the Direct Lending Analytics team reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and monitoring streamlined analytical reports & processes, leveraging models created by members of the Analytics team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and validate reports required by Business, performing data mining and data cleansing prior to creation of reports.
  • Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills sets with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience in business terms.
  • Ability to perform deep dive into data to solve problems, to support team in development of solutions.
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data to create and produce reports/analysis / dashboards for tracking performance and trends used for setting business direction and for portfolio policy changes.
  • Generate actionable insights and make factbased recommendations to help drive business strategies and tactics
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, solution architects to create solutions to meet business and technical opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation governing processes and procedures.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
years of business intelligent experience preferable in the domains of Marketing & product strategy, designing and implementing BI dashboards within a Financial Services Organization

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as, statistics, economics, engineering, mathematics, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of database systems
  • Strong knowledge of BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau / Quicksight), Microsoft Excel, pivot table
  • Working knowledge of data manipulation tools such as SQL, AWS Athena, python, R, Alteryx used for statistical and data analysis with documentation capability.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and GTM a plus
