Overview:

Duties:


  • Construct and assemble cabinets based on blueprints and design specifications
  • Utilize power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and finish wood materials
  • Perform heavy lifting when moving materials and finished products
  • Read and interpret blueprints for cabinet construction
  • Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides
  • Work with various materials including wood, tile, masonry, and CNC components
  • Ensure cabinets are built to specifications for installation
  • Repair and restore cabinets as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
  • Proficiency in using power tools and woodworking machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Knowledge of cabinet assembly techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
  • Familiarity with tile laying, masonry work, CNC operations is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.27-$30.88 per hour


Expected hours:
per week

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (preferred)
