Description

Saskatoon Real Estate Services, a business in the field of Property Management and Real Estate for the last 25+ years, is looking for a dynamic, motivated and upbeat individual to join our team in the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.


This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30-5:00 and wage will be based on experience (we are also willing to train).

Experience with Microsoft 365 is a must.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phones and Directing Calls
  • Opening Mail
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable
  • Filing
  • Estoppel Prep
  • Receipting Payments
  • Collections
  • Various other Administrative Duties

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$13.90-$18.00 per hour
