Responsibilities:


Main responsibilities include:

  • Create a User Stories for student AI projects (Robotic Process Automation and Generative) with in the Innovation Sandbox. These stories to be the basis of an AI Laboratory Course to offered as an MSc Digital Management elective potentially as soon as the Fall 2024 for term
  • Research, Develop and Test a Proof of Technology about the use of generative AI for the creation of synthetic data within the Innovation Sandbox. Document the process steps necessary to create the synthetic data and establish governance processes. A student research assistant has been identified to create the documentation.
  • Develop and deliver a 1⁄2 day workshop on _Building Protypes in Generative AI_ as part of the IDIS Bootcamp sessions occurring between April 13th.
  • Establish specific measurable criteria (potentially in the form of test scripts) to be used in grading AI prototype projects that can be adopted by faculty as a general grading rubric.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • Undergraduate Degree

Experience:


  • 5 years' of related experience
  • Experience managing staff and projects; experience with strategy implementation and operationalization preferred

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:

  • Familiarity with best practices for assessing, developing and implementing new business processes and procedures
  • Indepth knowledge of best practices in building a strong collaborative team and leading people
  • Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to establish effective routines for excellent communication with all members of the team to maximize productivity
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
