As a Business Development Representative, you will be a crucial member of our team tasked with cultivating new client relationships and expanding business opportunities.

Your role involves engaging with potential clients, facilitating transactions, and achieving sales targets.

This role is working from the Toronto office or the Vancouver office of AimStar Capital Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Establishing connections with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Introducing clients to the company's range of financial products and services.
  • Assisting clients in completing financial transactions and handling related documentation and procedures.
  • Following up with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company's business development.

Qualifications:


  • Strong interest and passion for the financial investment field.
  • Excellent communication skills and sales techniques.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and selfmotivate.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Relevant experience is preferred but not required.
