XMT Construction is a growing company that is expanding its team. We build custom homes, large-scale residential renovations, and outdoor living spaces.

We work mainly in Langley, Surrey, White Rock, Delta, and Maple Ridge. We do sometimes work as far East as Chilliwack and as far West as Burnaby.

We are specifically looking to add carpenters (red seal not required) to our team who can work unsupervised for periods of time, takes direction, works collaboratively, loves learning and improving, and has extensive experience framing, forming, and siding homes.

Salary:
$32-$40/hour


The successful applicant must:
- have at least 8 years of work experience
- be comfortable with using power tools, ladders, shoveling, and manual labor
- have a valid driver's license and vehicle
- have basic hand tools, circular saw cordless drill, and impact drivers
- pass a criminal background check.
- be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This would be a full-time position. A positive attitude, manners, attention to detail, and an open mind to learn are crucial.
