Duties and Responsibilities will include for LTL Dispatcher (Load Booking):

  • Reach out to customers to grow more business
  • Continuously monitor the load boards to book loads
  • Answer all phone calls from customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding loads and queries
  • Must have experience with Transplus Fleet Manager
  • Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Accept load tenders, book delivery appointments and schedule pick up date and time
  • Person should be able to bring his contacts for booking loads.
  • Resolving the clients issues & concerns in a timely manner for maintaining relationships.
  • Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
