(Working from home is an option in line with FNHA's work policy - minimum of two days a week in office).


About the role


As KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for a variety of activities in support of knowledge exchange, information dissemination, and education for communities, health system service providers, program and policy decision makers, and researchers related to the research agenda of the FNHA.

Responsibilities include drafting of briefings, materials, and strategies, building and maintaining internal and external partnerships, and translating research into formats that are accessible and relevant for end users.


About you
You have an understanding of knowledge exchange conceptual models, frameworks, and strategies. You have knowledge of health policy development and OCAP principles.

You have experience working in a fast paced and evolving environment with a concentration in health, and are an expert in software such as Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.


  • Education & Experience
  • You have a University degree in health sciences or other appropriate field, Master's degree preferred, with at least three years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have 4 to 6 years of significant, recent experience in in project management, health research, and working with First Nations communities
