Recruiter to help us continue to build and grow.

Your Profile:

Possess strong organizational and timemanagement skills;
Prepare, deliver and follow up on approved offer letters and onboarding documents;
Assist with HR administrative matters such as HR metrics, employment verification letters, and administration;
Ensure employee file and signoff requirements are accurate and uptodate;

Your Experience/Education:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment;
Strong knowledge of the ESA and Human Rights legislation;
Experience with multiple methods of sourcing & recruiting passive and active prospects;
Demonstrated ability to source & recruit for a broad range of positions & levels;
Questions the statusquo and looks for ways to improve work;
Ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders
Ability to work remotely or in the office;
Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
