JOB DESCRIPTION:

HHAI is recruiting for a National Accounts Manager (NAM) for a multinational Medical Device manufacturer based in the GTA. The NAM will manage Canadian GPOs and Distributors serving the Acute, Long Term Care and Home Health Care segments.


This is a hybrid role and ideally, applicants should reside in the 401 Corridor from Windsor to Ottawa or in the Greater Montréal Area providing they are French-English Bilingual.

The NAM will be accountable for the strategic development and contract management of the company's products within National Accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:In addition to a Degree or Healthcare relevant diploma (RN) and senior level account management experience selling medical surgical devices and products we require:

  • NAM or regional KAM experience dealing with Regional/National GPOs/Distributors
  • Proven executivelevel (Csuite) account management experience
  • RFP, contract and bid management experience
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and high business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex selling environment that involves multiple stakeholders

English/French Bilingualism, marketing or sales management experience will be assets
