JLL is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for the role of Receptionist to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support to a diverse portfolio of properties in GTA West.

This role will also provide administrative support and work closely with the VP, Office/Industrial Portfolio Management.

This is a one year contract that may lead to a permanent position.

What this job involves
Front desk reception duties - answering calls from tenants and ensuring customer service is a top priority at all times; transmitting various requests via the work order system (Building Engines) or over the phone
Greeting visitors and contractors, assigning access cards to contractors as applicable
Ordering stationery and coffee supplies, maintaining office equipment and ensuring efficient operation of the office as required


Assisting the VP with administrative functions, including: Scheduling meetings and managing the calendar
Making travel arrangements, including air travel booking
Managing memberships in industry organizations
Booking attendance at industry events
Assisting with excel spreadsheets
Preparing expense reimbursement reports

2-3 years' experience in administrative and/or reception role within the commercial real estate environment
Post-secondary education is an asset
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Adaptability and flexibility, ability to handle a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with evolving tenant needs
Proven organizational skills; ability to cope with changing tenant needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail; ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning
Self-motivation, professional and flexible attitude; ability to work both independently and as part of a team
