We are looking to hire a
Customer Service Representative to join our team.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience as a dispatcher (preferred)
  • Familiar with Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing trades (preferred)
  • Computer proficient (MS Office, Excel)
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills (listening and speaking)
  • Organized and Detail oriented
  • Good decisionmaking skills (prioritizing work/ tasks to be done)
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Reliable (punctual and good attendance record)

General Responsibilities

  • Receiving calls from customers, technicians, vendors
  • Explaining services, options, procedures and fees to customers
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Booking appointments with customers
  • Creating detailed and actionable Work Orders (WO's) for technicians
  • Coordinating technicians and creating work schedules for technicians and apprentices to handle booked appointments
  • Keeping customers/ technicians aware of changes to scheduled appointments
  • Review Technician's notes and times and take appropriate follow up steps
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing for work and keep customer accounts current
  • Forward requests for pricing/ quotes to appropriate department (Purchasing/ Estimating)
  • Keep filing system/ drawers organized

Salary:
From $21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wasaga Beach, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
- dispatch/call centre: 1 year (preferred)

  • HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry: 1 year (preferred)
